Our Logistics Services
Sea Freight
The most economical option for large shipments. We arrange both Full Container Load (FCL) with 20ft, 40ft, and 40ft high-cube containers, and Less than Container Load (LCL) for smaller shipments. We negotiate competitive rates with major shipping lines and handle all port-to-port or door-to-door logistics.
Air Freight
When time is critical, air freight gets your goods to most destinations within 5 to 10 days. Ideal for high-value, time-sensitive, or lightweight products. We arrange pickup from the factory and delivery to your nearest airport or directly to your door.
Express Courier
For samples, small orders, and urgent shipments, we arrange express delivery through DHL, FedEx, UPS, or TNT. Door-to-door service with full tracking, typically delivered within 3 to 7 business days.
Cargo Consolidation
Sourcing from multiple suppliers? We collect goods from different factories at our consolidation warehouse in Guangzhou, combine them into a single shipment, and send everything together to save on freight costs.
Customs Documentation
We prepare all export documentation required by Chinese customs, including commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and any product-specific export documents. We also walk you through the import documents your destination country generally asks for, so nothing catches you or your customs broker by surprise.
Fulfillment Center Preparation
For e-commerce sellers, we handle fulfillment center requirements including product labeling, poly bagging, bundling, carton labeling, and shipment plan creation. Goods are prepared to your platform’s specifications and shipped directly to fulfillment warehouses.
Customs Clearance Support
While customs clearance at your destination is typically handled by your local customs broker, we support the process by ensuring all export-side documentation is complete and accurate. Common documents we prepare include:
- Commercial Invoice: Detailed invoice showing product descriptions, quantities, unit prices, and total values
- Packing List: Full list of all items in the shipment with carton numbers, dimensions, and weights
- Bill of Lading / Air Waybill: Transport document issued by the carrier
- Certificate of Origin: Confirms the goods were manufactured in China, may be needed for preferential duty rates
- Product Certifications: CE, FCC, RoHS certificates or test reports as required by your destination market
- Fumigation Certificate: When required for wooden packaging or pallets
