What We Verify During a Factory Audit
Business Legitimacy
We verify the company’s business license, registration documents, export licenses, and years of operation. We confirm they are who they claim to be and that they have the legal authority to manufacture and export.
Production Capability
We assess the factory’s actual production capacity, equipment condition and age, production lines, and workforce size. We verify they can realistically handle your order volume within your required timeline.
Quality Management
We evaluate the factory’s quality control procedures, testing equipment, incoming material inspection process, in-line quality checks, and final inspection standards. We review the ISO and other quality certificates the factory holds and, where the issuing body publishes a register, check them against it.
Certifications & Compliance
We review product certificates (CE, UL, RoHS, REACH and similar) and test reports from accredited laboratories, and we flag the gaps between what the supplier actually holds and what your target market normally expects.
Working Conditions
We assess workplace safety, cleanliness, fire safety measures, emergency exits, protective equipment availability, and general working environment. This is especially important for clients with social compliance requirements.
Financial Stability
Where possible, we assess indicators of financial health such as operational scale, recent capital investments, order volume indicators, and supplier payment practices to evaluate the risk of supplier instability.
