For ongoing sourcing with quality control, fees are based on a percentage of the order value. We always provide a clear fee structure before starting any work.
Are there any upfront costs?
+For sourcing projects, we may require a small initial fee to begin the supplier search. This demonstrates commitment and covers our research costs. The fee is clearly communicated before you agree. Initial consultations are included.
Do you mark up supplier prices?
+No. We operate on a transparent fee model where our service charges are separate from the product cost. You see the actual factory price and our fee as distinct items. We do not inflate supplier quotes.
What is included in the quote?
+When you request a quote, we review your requirements and provide a detailed proposal outlining which services we recommend, the estimated service fees, a rough timeline, and any additional costs you should budget for (samples, shipping, etc.). There is no obligation to proceed.
Do you offer discounts for repeat clients?
