Our Services

SourcingAgentChina provides product sourcing, quality control, factory audit, OEM manufacturing coordination, and shipping logistics services from China. All services are subject to a separate service agreement between you and SourcingAgentChina that details the scope, fees, and terms specific to your project.

Service Fees

Our service fees are clearly communicated before any work begins. Fee structures vary by service type and are agreed upon in writing before we commence work on your behalf. Initial consultations and quotations are provided free of charge.

Client Responsibilities

As a client, you are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and complete product specifications and requirements
  • Making timely payments as agreed in your service agreement
  • Responding to communications and approvals in a timely manner
  • Ensuring your products comply with the import regulations of your destination country

Limitation of Liability

While we exercise professional diligence in all our services, SourcingAgentChina acts as an intermediary between you and Chinese manufacturers. We are not the manufacturer of any products and cannot guarantee against all possible defects or issues. Our quality control services significantly reduce risk but cannot eliminate it entirely.

Intellectual Property

Any product designs, specifications, or proprietary information you share with us remains your intellectual property. We will not use, share, or disclose your proprietary information to any party other than the specific manufacturers involved in your project, and only with your approval.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from our services will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC).

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
