The factory produces one or more prototypes based on your specifications. We inspect prototypes at the factory, document our findings with photos and measurements, and ship them to you for review. Multiple iteration rounds are common and expected.
Once the prototype is approved, we oversee the creation of production molds and tooling. We monitor the tooling process, verify initial samples from the new molds, and confirm they match the approved prototype before authorizing mass production.
During mass production, our team conducts regular factory visits to monitor progress, verify quality consistency, and keep the production timeline on track. You receive updates with photos and status reports throughout.
Before shipment, we perform a full pre-shipment inspection using AQL sampling standards. Products are checked against approved samples and your specifications. Packaging, labeling, and packing are also verified.
We coordinate logistics including export documentation, freight booking, customs clearance support, and delivery to your specified destination. We can also handle fulfillment center preparation and labeling.
Our factory partners have in-house engineering teams who can help refine your design for manufacturability, suggest cost-effective materials, and solve technical challenges. We handle communication between you and the engineering team.
We help identify and verify raw material suppliers, ensuring your product is made with the correct materials at a fair price. We can arrange material certifications and test reports when required.

OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturing): You provide the product design and specifications. The factory manufactures it according to your exact requirements. You own the design and the brand.
ODM (Original Design Manufacturing): The factory has existing product designs that you can customize with your branding, color choices, minor modifications, and packaging. This is faster and cheaper than full OEM, but you have less control over the product design.
